The Challenge

PSA faced challenges with their data monitoring and analysis tools in the pharmaceutical industry mainly due to their outdated legacy systems. These systems hinder their capacity to access and evaluate data for making well informed decisions in a timely manner. To address this issue they expressed a particular need for a specialized data engineering and analytics platform. This platform would not only modernize their data infrastructure but also allow them to efficiently gather, process, and analyze their industry related data in real time. The client looked to enhance their efficiency and decision making processes through the implementation of these measures.

    Our Approach

    Our team developed a specialized mobile application tailored to PSA’s needs through a structured approach. We assessed current systems to identify gaps and collaborated with PSA’s environmental and IT teams to address challenges in carbon emissions tracking and education.

    We designed a user-focused plan, creating wireframes and prototypes to meet PSA’s expectations. The app features real-time carbon emissions tracking, allowing employees to monitor their footprints easily, and includes an educational platform with resources on environmental management.

    After thorough testing for performance and usability, we deployed analytics tools for ongoing monitoring and feedback. The application empowered PSA employees to manage their carbon emissions effectively, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility.
