The Challenge

  • Lack of an e-commerce platform hindered entry into the online food delivery business, restricting growth and expansion.
  • A unified platform for menu display, order acceptance, and customer rewards/cashback was required.
  • The absence of a unified platform obstructed the integration of third-party data like customer orders, delivery information, and payment gateways.
