Tonic offers a versatile, cloud-based management software tailored for a variety of hospitality settings and boasts a comprehensive front and back-of-house solution that seamlessly integrates across IOS, Android, and Windows platforms ensuring businesses have access to reliable, customized technology solutions that meet their specific operational needs.

The Challenge

Restaurants often struggle with manual order management, which often leads to errors and inefficiencies. Keeping the menu and prices up-to-date can be a daunting task. Moreover, without an integrated system, generating reports and enhancing the customer experience become difficult.

Our Approach

  • A comprehensive POS system would enhance order management and overall operational efficiency.
  • The existing UI/UX design underwent a comprehensive overhaul, injecting a fresh perspective that significantly expanded its functionality. This uplift included the introduction of new features and improvements aimed at enhancing user experience and making interactions more efficient.
  • The Back of House (BOH) app served as the administrative panel for restaurant operations. It enables restaurant staff to manage inventory, track orders, handle reservations, and oversee overall business operations effectively.
  • The Front of House (FOH) application, currently under development, is designed to streamline the ordering process for servers. It will provide an intuitive interface allowing staff to easily navigate the digital menu, manage orders efficiently, and enhance service speed and accuracy from the table or at service stations
  • The POS system would integrate both BOH and FOH applications. This integration would ensure that orders placed through the FOH are accurately received and managed by the BOH, minimizing errors and improving order fulfillment efficiency.
  • The system was designed for ease of configuration and integration with existing restaurant operations and third-party applications. This flexibility would allow restaurants to tailor the POS system to their specific needs and enhance overall operations.
